MAPIT, holds the mandate to act as the IT think-tank of the State, houses a strong team of professionals sourced, both, from open market and from the Capacity Building (CB) Scheme of the Government of India .  These professionals have expertise in vide facets of Information Technology, and thus are able to provide consulting to govt. entities on areas like: -

MAPIT consulting is routed as follows: - 

Consulting to Office of the Chief Secretary(CS), GoMP
To extend consultancy support to Office of the CS, GoMP, MAPIT has deployed resources having skills on Project Management / Program Management,to coordinate with different state departments / agencies for monitoring progress of identified projects implemented by various state departments. 

Consulting to State Govt Departments/Organisations
Consulting to State departments is facilitated through PeMTs & SeMTs. While SeMTs extend consulting to departments towards Strategic Planning and Program level management, the PeMTs oversee departmental project execution, manage implementation and deal with technology, process, external agency management & change management related issues.
