TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • There is no entrance fee for sending nominations / entries.
  • An organization can end in entries in more than one category. However, in each category only one entry shall be entertained.
  • An evaluation committee approved by the Department of IT, GoMP shall evaluate and select the nominations for the award
  • The decision of the evaluation committee will be final and binding on all participants. No appeals or objections shall be entertained against the decision of the committee.
  • The proceeding of the evaluation committee shall be confidential and records of the deliberation that took place during the discussion will not be kept for records.
  • Evaluation committee shall make its judgment on evaluation of the application form. The evaluation committee may if so desires make a shortlist of such application as may appear to the best among the entries received and seek additional information / call for presentation. However, equal opportunities shall be provided to all short listed entries.
  • The evaluation committee will have to be satisfied that the work done for which the award is applied for was commenced and / or completed during the two financial years immediately preceding the month of June in which the award is to be announced.
  • Winners of the award (a maximum of two persons per winning entry) shall be entitled for two days of hotel stay ( room rent equivalent to Madhya Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation air conditioned room at Bhopal) and Rs. 500/- per day for incidentals.
